If your product is experiencing symptoms of security vulnerability, please contact secure.team@ktnc.co.kr with detailed product information, and instructions on how to reproduce the symptoms.

If you suspect a serious security breach, please power off the device and disconnect with the external network, also provide detailed information on what has been observed.
When the vulnerability report is received, you can receive a response to the relevant countermeasures and action plans within two weeks.

The patched firmware and vulnerabilities will not be disclosed until three months after receipt or the mutually agreed date with the reporter in order to prevent a zero-day attack.
