Dear Sir or Madam,

I am using KT&C camera HZ5533M / V1.0.6 ID:001 2018,12.24 and it seems that the external trigger does not work in this camera

There is no TRIGGER&SCAN item in the OSD menu at all
"Sensor mode" DIP switches set to ON/ON < Trigger Mode>
"Sensor scan" set to "Full" in OSD menu

VISCA command 81 01 70 70 70 02 FF (VD Trigger) returns 90 61 02 FF (Syntax Error)

Probing with an oscilloscope shows IMX273 scan rate remains 43.67 Hz for output format 720p60

Please advise how to use an external trigger in HZ5533M camera?
